Serendipity Catering specializes in delicious buffets in unique settings. Some of the more popular locations include historic Jenne Farm, rural fields overlooking beautiful Puget Sound, Greenbank Farm, Garrison Hall at Fort Casey, Willow Pond Lodge, Freeland Hall, Crockett Barn, and unique private residences on the island. Depending on your event, we can serve from 20 – 400.

Event staff represents the best of Whidbey. While at your event, our goal is to provide a truly memorable celebration. A recent client quoted: “You and your staff have a lovely way of adding class and grace to any occasion.” Additional services include full linen and dish rental and licensed bartending.

Complementary services include: Themed buffet tables to match your event, cake cutting, assisting with the toast, ice water and pitchers for all of your guest tables. Please note, we are required to add 8.4% Washington State sale tax. Gratuity is never added, but greatly appreciated.

To secure your date, please submit a $150 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. One week prior to your event, 50% of the remaining balance is due as well as your final guest count. Final payment is due the day of the event. When calculating guest count, don’t forget to include your photographer and band members as they usually expect to partake of the meal.
